Drawing upon the perceived divisions that endure in the fields of both architecture and publishing – digital/print, text/image, architecture/everything else – this seminar presentation at Technische Universität Berlin explored the grey areas in between such definitions. Drawing on the similar ways in which both the publishing and architecture industries have changed in the last 10-15 years with regard to modes of production, digital commons, and interdisciplinary collaboration, it sought to demonstrate that architecture publishing in particular is an interesting – and radical – place to be right now.
